This website put up false information about me and my professional license including a phone number that I have never had. It falsely claims I treat asthma conditions which I do not. I believe this maybe connected to fraud or worse identity theft.

As other have posted they solicit your information and then refuse to remove it; you are also unable to go into the profile to remove it (which is unlike similar platforms). Additionally, they allow defamatory reviews on their website even if they are reported after other platforms remove the same reviews

CareDash posted my profile without my consent. They allowed a false review to be posted on their website for the last two years, despite my request to remove it. I have contacted them to let them know that the review was falsified information that could be proven that it was false. They have never sent any responses to my requests. Furthermore, as medical providers, we cannot fairly post any type of response online regarding reviews of patients, especially negative ones, as that would be a violation of privacy and doctor-patient confidentiality. This site is predatory towards medical professionals for this reason and should be court-ordered to be abolished. CareDash allows falsified reviews to be posted without any protection to doctors or regard for doctor-patient confidentiality.

CareDash has created and posted on its website my profile as a therapist. It has done so without my knowledge or consent. I believe the purpose of this posting is to drive my prospective clients to BetterHelp, an online therapy platform, for referrals to other therapists who have agreed to participate with BetterHelp, or to therapists who participate with CareDash itself. I am not a participating provider with either CareDash or BetterHelp; therefore, it is impossible to seek my services through these providers.Further, the posted profile is incomplete and contains erroneous information, misrepresenting my practice areas. It also contains personal information. I am very concerned about this misrepresentation because it misleads potential clients and may implicate my ethical duties as a licensed therapist.CareDashs website (see last FAQ for Doctors) states that it will not take down postings of providers. Specifically, they say, Because the information listed on CareDash profiles is of interest to the general public, CareDashs policy is that we do not, under any circumstance, remove a profile. Accordingly, I do not have this option available to address my concerns. And no, I will not accept "logging on and changing my info" as a solution when I never agreed for my information to be on this website in the first place. I do not plan to use and demand my profile be removed immediately.

Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

The response from CareDash does not negate the fact that the business created a profile for me without my consent with misleading business information. For me to access the profile would to be utilizing a website/service that lies, which does not align with my values. I stand by my request to have the profile taken down.

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist writing to inform you that a company, CareDash, is unfairly restricting my practice as a marriage and family therapist. They have listed my professional information on their website without my permission and refer anyone who checks my name to another company, BetterHelp, or to their own list of clinicians. I do not wish to work with CareDash or BetterHelp. CareDash refuses to take my name off their list, claiming it is public information. Thus, CareDash is falsely marketing my services to generate online traffic for BetterHelp or itself, ultimately resulting in the selection of BetterHelps participating providers or its own, rather than me. This is a restriction of trade that should be stopped immediately.

Caredash has created a profile without my consent containing inaccurate information about me and my business. The information included in the profile is both outdate and inaccurate. The negative business impact includes discouraging potential clients from contacting me and redirecting their business to other clinicians or corporations who pay Caredash. There is also a risk to patient safety when inaccurate information is listed; if a patient currently under my care is experiencing a mental health or medical emergency and were to attempt to contact me through the Caredash profile (with the reasonable belief that this contact information was correct), they would not be able to reach me and it is conceivable that this patient could experience an adverse event including morbidity or death resulting from the misinformation. In the interest of upholding ethical business practices, patient safety, and public health I kindly request that the BBB force Caredash to remove my profile and compel Caredash to change their business practice to one in which a) providers must voluntarily create a profile to have it listed and b) providers have the ability to remove an unwanted or inaccurate profile upon request.

CareDash has added incorrect professional information to their website without my consent. I believe they knowingly and fraudulently add therapist information to then funnel clients to tech related counseling services., prompting potential clients to sign up for a subscription-based service prior to connecting with therapists, who may or may not be accepting new clients. This is dangerous to both practitioners and clients. Furthermore, it may also lead to loss of revenue in future as clients will be incorrectly funneled to a third party website, instead of my private practice. I do not use, plan to use, or have access to my CareDash profile, and wish the profile be removed immediately.
